Executive Director | Lead Facilitator & Integrator

Siphiwe Moyo

Siphiwe Moyo is a specialist in organisational behaviour with over two decades of experience diagnosing and addressing performance challenges in complex organisations.

His expertise spans transforming dysfunctional teams into high-performing units, and translating behavioural science into practical leadership interventions. Siphiwe’s deep understanding of human behaviour in workplace contexts has made him a trusted advisor to executives and organisations seeking to strengthen their performance.

Siphiwe designed the initial postgraduate module in Organisational Behaviour for the Strategic Human Resources Management PGDIP at Stellenbosch University, and has served as Adjunct Faculty at GIBS, Henley Business School, Wits Business School, and the Johannesburg Business School.

At OBI, Siphiwe serves as Lead Facilitator and Integrator, shaping programme design, leading senior engagements, and ensuring every intervention is grounded in organisational science and practical application.

Client Engagement Lead

Zodwa Nobela

Zodwa Nobela is the Client Engagement Lead at OBI, where she focuses on building and managing client relationships and supporting the growth of OBI’s engagements.

She works closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, coordinate opportunities, and ensure a seamless transition from initial conversation through to programme delivery.

Her role bridges client engagement and execution, helping to maintain strong relationships while supporting the operational flow of OBI’s work.

Additional faculty and collaborators are selectively engaged across programmes.
