Siphiwe Moyo is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in organisational behaviour. Siphiwe’s expertise in diagnosing and addressing organisational issues, transforming dysfunctional teams and organisations into high-performing units. His profound understanding of human behaviour within a workplace context has made him a trusted advisor to numerous organisations seeking to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
Siphiwe’s impact extends beyond his role at OBI. He is a trailblazer in the field of organisational behaviour, having designed the initial postgraduate module in Organisational Behaviour in the Strategic Human Resources Management PGDIP offered at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Siphiwe has worked as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching primarily organisational behaviour at esteemed business schools such as the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), Henley Business School, Wits Business School, and the Johannesburg Business School. Through his teaching, Siphiwe has inspired countless individuals to understand and navigate the complexities of organisational dynamics, empowering them to drive meaningful change within their respective organisations.
Siphiwe Moyo is also a regular keynote speaker at international conferences worldwide, where he shares his insights and expertise on organisational behaviour.
